William S. Bazianos

William S. Bazianos has been a practicing attorney since 1993. Before joining Baugh, Dalton, Carlson & Ryan in 2008, Mr. Bazianos practiced with a mid-size Chicago law firm, where he concentrated his practice on all aspects of business planning for closely-held and middle-market businesses including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Bazianos concentrates his practice in business transactions, including real estate acquisitions, sales and financing, as well as corporate, partnership and limited liability transactions and day-to-day operations and financing.

Mr. Bazianos is regularly engaged by clients to represent them in the sale and purchase of commercial real estate and the drafting and negotiation of leases. He counsels business clients in the purchase and sale of their business and represents them through the complexities of the transaction. Mr. Bazianos believes in a hands-on, personal and responsive approach for all clients.

Mr. Bazianos graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. in Finance, and received his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School.
